VOTE FOR DAN
July 19th, 2018
Local full-time Cascadel residents Dan Norton and Mark Stamas are running for the Water board.
* LOWER RATES *
* BETTER SERVICE *
* NO CORRUPTION *
The POA was broken.
Now the Water Company is under that same threat. Let's not let the Water Company go down the drain like the POA.
The Water Company should only deliver water.
We have a plan
for lower rates, better service, full transparency, unrestricted use,
creating fire and life safety greenbelts, all brought about with INCLUSION and TRANSPARENCY.
NO MORE CORRUPTION. We are asking for your vote for us for this, and to bring TRUTH and RESPECT to the Water Company. Please vote for us for the Water Board.

Support Service Area 21 for Cascadel Road Maintenance
Service Area 21 is a special district in Cascadel that has existed since 1984 for preservation of the 45 acres of open space. It is funded by special assessment on property tax bills at $100 per YEAR.
But SA21 can deliver ANY services a county can deliver in addition to the open space resource conservation.
SA21 could provide ROAD MAINTENANCE THAT IS PERMANENT, VIABLE, SUSTAINABLE & FAIR with transparency, due process and NO CORRUPTION.
Real road maintenance.
By real professionals.
Road money goes to roads.
In fact, the existing assessment can be used for roads. About $16,000 per year is collected. That could be applied to road maintenance RIGHT NOW with no tax increase. The SA21 Board of Directors only needs to pass a resolution to add road maintenance powers to the special district.
All SA21 owners have to do is ask them.
Some of the EXISTING benefits that we can use for ROAD MAINTENANCE include:
With enough support, the Cascadel SA21 Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors in that capacity, passes a resolution, with due process, activating latent powers for road maintenance, fancy words for adding road maintenance.
Do road maintenance FOR REAL. FOREVER. FAIRLY.
